Please note that we are not responsible for (i) your use of any blockchain and (ii) the use of your Personal Data as processed in these decentralized and permissionless blockchain networks.

You should be aware that due to the inherent transparency of blockchain networks, transactions that you approve when using the Platform may be publicly accessible. This includes, but is not limited to, your public key address, the public key address of the receiver, the amount of crypto sent or received, and any other data a user has chosen to include in a given transaction.

Our Platform may contain links to Linked Sites. Any access to and use of such Linked Sites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those Linked Sites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such Linked Sites. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

Children Under 18

Our Platform is not designed for children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete such information from our systems.
